Custom Awards have Personal Meaning

Awards are great.  They make everyone involved feel great.  It’s obviously fun to receive an award…but to be honest, I actually enjoying giving awards and watching the response of the recipients even more!

And nothing is better than when you give a custom award.  This type of award holds even deeper meaning for the recipient.  Instead of a standard shape with a some personalized etching, the ENTIRE award is personal.  Whether it’s your company’s product or an image that reflects the heart of your organization, a custom award will be cherished for years to come.

Frozen Pay? Award’s the Way!

Happy New Year! The beginning of each new year brings hope and opportunity for a fresh start.

So this is a good time to start new programs within your organization. How about an employee recognition plan? If you have star employees that you want to reward, but your company has frozen pay raises, an employee recognition award is a great way to demonstrate your appreciation.
